Acupuncture treatment involves the insertion of fine metal needles into points lying beneath the skin, to treat underlying imbalances in the body. Only a slight prick is felt when the needle enters the skin. Chinese herbs may also be prescribed as part of the holistic approach of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).

Massage

1 hour - £45.00. ½ hour - £30.00 (Add £5.00 for your initial consultation visit)

Our holistic massage is based around oil based Swedish massage (using techniques such as effleurage, petrissage and percussion). There is a focus on tense and stressed-out muscles and the whole experience will also impact a client's emotional wellbeing. The whole body is massaged, however certain areas can be concentrated on if the client wishes. Body and mind are brought together incorporating other relaxation techniques to truly enable you to deeply relax, restore and revive. Our therapist uses a variety of techniques ranging from deep tissue massage to hot stone massage.

Reflexology

Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet (or hands). Reflexology is deeply relaxing and may help alleviate stress whilst also eliminating toxins from the body.

Indian Head Massage

1 hour - £45.00. ½ hour - £30.00 (Add £5.00 for your initial consultation visit)

Indian Head Massage, or 'Champissage' has been practised for over 1,000 years in India and is featured as far back as 4,000 years in Ayurvedic texts. It combines massage of the back, neck and shoulders as well as deply relaxing pressures on the head and face.
